So I don't know if anyone has ever
eatn' at
Pizzetta before on Kauai, in
Koloa. Well last night after a fun long day at the beach we decided to hit
Pizzetta on the way home. First off for some reason Hawaii does not have the best customer service when it come to
restaurants. Especially this place. So fist off we started with Bad
Rootbeer, no big deal, just asked them to check to see if the syrup was out, and it was so she got us a new cup. Then our yummy pizza comes out, all big and hot ready to eat. The
waitress puts down a shaker of
Parmesan cheese. It looked wet, but we figured it was just from the humidity, and that it was fresh
Parmesan, not the dry kind in the fridge section at the store. Okay folks, so we are enjoying our pizza talking and enjoying the company of our new friends that have just moved into the ward. Well the sun was shining just right on my pizza, and I saw something move... I looked again thinking it was was just the cheese moving that I had just sprinkled on. Well nope, it kept moving.... and this is exactly how the next part went... (me) "oh sick... oh sick..."(everyone)"what" (me)"I think my pizza is moving" (everyone)"what do you mean?? So as our friend Jeff looks towards my plate, he says (Jeff)"oh now that is sick" Yes folks it was a
tiny worm inching his way across
my pizza. So the
waitress comes over "is everything okay?" (
Jeff)"
umm I think you need to check all your cheese. (
waitress) "why" (me)"because there is a
worm on
my pizza." She was like what... so I picked up the mushroom that he was on, and gave it to her... (
waitress) "ewe
grouse, let me get you some new cheese"... oh she takes our and gives us another one looking exactly the same... okay we all just look at each other like,
that's it, no I am sorry for this happening. (Jeff)"okay that is funny, but I think I have lost my
appetite for cheese, but hey thanks for giving us a new one." We all just laughed about the whole thing all night... but then on the way home decided that it wasn't right how she totally dismissed the matter, and didn't even discount our meal.... oh the joys of

We went there the first time we went to Kauai, and we waited ALL night for our pizza. So by the time we got our food, we were so hungry we probably didn't even notice the worms. That's disgusting!
What ! That is my fav place to eat! But eww that brings back the memories of the RAW chicken at RED ROBIN! What the heck! They didn't even give you a discount! why didn't you ask for the manager.....That is sick! I am jelous of how you guys are always going to the beach, and with friends . You are livin the good life sis that is for sure. Miss you
Sorry this is so disgusting!!! John and I don't really care for the pizza there and so we've only ate there once. Definately won't be there again soon!

SICK!!!!!!! Good thing that didn't happen while we were there. It only took us what over an hour to get our pizza?
mmmm, I always tease Noah that we are having worms and dirt for dinner. But this sheds a whole new meaning on the phrase!
