So the other day, as I was cooking dinner I turned around to find my Ty all tuckered out on the couch... ahhhhh not at 4:30 no napping silly boy. So I kept Trying to call his name to see if he would wake up, I sat him up a few times, as he mumbled something to me, and finally I gave in and let him sleep. But Shay wanted to help mommy out! Take a look! Don't you love the pile of shoes she made while mommy was busy cooking?

Ty & his friend being boys! For some reason that one leaf needed to come out of that tree! Got it~ Ty laughing about his shield rolling away from him. (do you like the Batman Cape I made for Ty?) Shay Running just as fast as she Can! My hydrangea that was purple, but is now Green! I think that's good? This Video is Ty & his friend & Shay playing outside! (Part 1) Part 2 tree.... Nic's Triathlon

This is Nic's 2nd year of doing the KLY Triathlon. He did awesome too! He did the Olympic distance which is= Swim=1mile; Bike=22miles; Run=6miles. He finished 8th over all. Its so crazy because if you look at the time cards of each person the person in front could have had a longer run, but a faster swim. Guess you just have to be well rounded with each division. This picture is halfway for the Bike it was fun to surprise Nic and cheer him on! The last stretch and still smiling! Ty loved feeding these cute pony's it was great it kept both kids entertained while we watched the bikers... after Nic zoomed past us, we hurried to the car, and drove to the finish line. I missed the transition, and the swim of this race, but got the finish! Way to go Nic! You always make us proud no matter what place you finish!

What we have been up to....

Oh we have been busy! Seems like my life lately is go go go..... So one of our good friends gave me a fun recipe to make Flubber.... that's right I said Flubber. Ty had such a good time making it! First, 1 lg bottle of Elmer's glue....out in bowl, fill empty bottle with warm water, shake and add to bowl. Add food coloring of your wish, and mix all together. Then in a separate bowl add 1/2cup warm water, and 1tsp Borax, mix well..... Slowly poor into Elmer's mixture. Mix with your hand and tada..... Flubber... Shay didn't know what to think about it, But my Ty boy loves to play with it. Store in plastic bag or Tupperware. Shay loves to play dress up, She found daddies swim goggles and had to try them on. She is such a cheezer. Once again dressing up, her fave is to find Ty's clothes..... and put them all on her head! Even the undies. what can I say, I love these kids!
