Thanksgiving day

Its super late.. but hey I can't find time to sit down for a second these days! Anyways We had a great Thanksgiving @ Brady & Karen's house.. we started off with yummy food, (smoked Turkey this year thanks to Chad & Mary) Our little Turkey bum was such a good kid! Then for the first time since we have lived here we headed to the Beach after we ate... the kids had fun the water was a little cold but they still got in a little Ways! Zac & Ty had a great ride on the boards thanks to Nic!! Karen caught Mary & I in conversation. The family pic on thanksgiving day! A Sad and Dreaded Day

Well For starters.. the first picture is super happy because if you know Shay she has always been really uneasy about dogs. (freaks out when they are close) Well our new neighbors have two very cute dogs, one is a big dog and the other is this cute little one... this is the only dog she has ever held in her whole life!!!! YEAHH we were so happy the day she did! Now the sad news... while I was feeding baby Tate, and talking on the phone to my mom Shay ventured into her room and did something mommy would always say "only mommy cuts our hair" Well I guess she figured she wanted to try it out. AHHHH she came back into my room and had a big smile on her face while covering her hair... this is how the next few min went. (mom) "Shay what are you doing"? (shay) "giggles giggles" (mom sees a chunk of hair fall from her hair) (Mom) "oh my goodness Shay did you cut your hair. (Shay) "giggle giggle" with a nod (mom) "let me see it please" (shay)"shakes her head no" (mom) Shay please let me see what you did to your hair. (Shay) slowly drops her hands to reveal the damage done. (mom) Oh no Shay, remember only mommy cuts your hair" (shay) "starts crying heart broken, and realizing what she has done, she cried for like 3 min." Dont worry I wasn't that mean I scooped her up in my arms and loved her and told her we could probably fix it. So this is what I saw on her floor. The back looks great because she didn't get to that... but the front, oh man... I tried my best to cut off the mullet but still made me so sad. ITs hard to tell in these pictures, but the front sides were cut just to her ear, the one side she missed the very front so there is a long strand left but a very short layer, the other side she cut it right on the side. It looks cute when its freshly styled but the poor girl doesn't have lots of hair to begin with so, it falls flat very fast after running around. Oh well someday it will grow back! until then... we will just have to hold back the tears when the people at Walmart tell me I am so lucky to have two boys.... ahhhhahhhhhahhh Can't you see she had pink earrings in and if wearing a sparkly pink shirt. Hello people does her face look like a boy... no she looks like a girl! Oh well I will survive! I still love my Shay Shay!

Tonight was our trunk-or-treat in the new ward. The kids had a great time, and got lots of candy already! Here's their costumes fort this year! Oh love my kids! Ms. Cinderella herself Dr. Clark at your service!!! The kids playing out front waiting to go. The view from our new front porch. If you cant tell a lot has happened over at our house the past two weeks. I had a baby, and 8 days later we moved to our new home in Kalaheo.... not recommended, but thanks to the awesome help from my mom, husband and co-workers we were able to do it in a nice big flow. My poor mom was dead by the time her stay was up, her being her was so much needed and appreciated. My little Shay keeps asking where did grandma go? Oh yeah her flew home, So once I clean my house up a little and not have boxes and stuff everywhere I will take a few pics, to show those who want the tour of the place.

Welcome To the World Baby Tate... 6 lbs 8 oz and 19 3/4in long... we love him to death! Waving to the world Ty was so excited to see his brother for the first time!!!! Mamma and all her Chicks Our Family!!! Mommy and her Boys Shay couldn't get enough of his hair, she kept taking off his hat and combing his hair! The trip home, they are always so small in those big chairs! The day we brought him home, he was loved and loved! ahhh.... glad to have him here safe and sound, Now I hope I can do my part as a good mom to teach him what he needs! I love you baby Tate!
