Sorry, been a little busy getting things in order for New Beginnings for YW... Let me just tell you IT WENT FABULOUS! I am so lucky to work with Such amazing Leaders... our President, is seriously the best you can find! I am excited about the upcoming year.
Anyhow.... back to the real post. Ty's birthday was Monday, He had a pretty good one, excited he went to the Dr.'s with croup and then the next morning went back for a double ear infection.... don't know how the Doc missed that one! oops oh well, he is feeling better, and so is sister after her second double ear infection. The HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOY!
WHAT is it?
Ty got a Big construction crane, which he loves... he also got binocluars that we can watch for whales. And Birds, and anything that bubba comes up with! As you can tell it was a hit at the beach. This is Ty with his friends.
Shay has learned many new facial expresions... one of which we like to call "confussed face" I remember Ty making this exact same face.
WE had a great time at the beach, with a camp fire, and hot dogs to roast... ahh what a perfect birthday celebration. Once we got home, we were greated with a HUGE cane spider in Ty's room. As I went to tuck him in and make sure he was asleep, I saw something lurking in the dark shadow on the wall, just above my Ty's head. I rushed out of the room to get nic, and something to kill it with....
Me with the broom trying to get the darn bugger... He was hard to find once we came back in the room, Nic spotted him on the dust ruffle,
Got him, and Thankfully Ty slept through the whole thing, Lights on and us moving his bed back and forth! What a sleeper!
It really was a good day, besides the Dr.s visits!!!

I love the pictures!! the one of Shay just made me laugh everytime I looked at it. How funny! Are you sure its a confussed face? I'm glad you were able to get the spider and get some meds for the kids. I am so proud of you with the success of the New Beginning program. You are a very talented girl and I know you will make a difference in those girls lives.

Happy Birthday Ty! We still haven't made it to the post office. Sorry! Another day home with sick kids. I hope you had a super day. Good job on NB Heidi, you are a very talented gal. Those girls are lucky to have you as their leader. And what is that you are wearing on the beach, a jacket???
