Back to our Stomping Grounds....

We had the greatest time on Oahu last weekend. It was so fun to see the school where Nic and I first meet. It was so good to go to the temple (Oahu was the temple I recieved my endowment). It was so fun to see our friend Merlin who still lives there, after 5 yrs he now works for BYU Hawaii. Playing Nintendo Wii with Merlin, That thing is so much fun, we have to get one now! I creamed them all in Bowling! The first night we stayed at a nice hotel on Waikiki. Then Friday went over to the temple and then stayed the night at Turtle bay on the north shore. Our room at Turtle Bay The View out the window at Turtle Bay Then got up and went snorkleing at Sharks Cove! Our favorite place to snorkle. Then Saturday night we headed home, but we had just a few extra min before our flight. So we decided to kill some time at Waikiki Beach. So we parked, walked through a park towards the beach, then as we got closer to the beach, I kept noticing that people kept looking at us. I just didn't think to much about it, then all the sudden Nic says, woooh did you see that? So I looked over my sholder and there it was, a full moon sitting on the picnic table towards us. Wow, A guy in a thong at the Beach. Yep can't say I have ever seen anything like it before! Then we get to looking around, and there are only guys laying around in little tight speedos. Yep you guessed it, we think we landed on Gay Beach. So needless to say we kept walking aways down the beach before we put our stuff down to play. Man, you see wierd things at Waikiki Beach! What a fun and adventful weekend!
